[syslog-ng] removing old versions of syslog-ng

The method of uninstalling is depends on how you installed syslog-ng at
the first place. And also the version of the syslog-ng. And a bit on
what architecture are you using.

So how was the syslog-ng installed into that machines? (through RPM,
tgz, make install, etc.) From where you downloaded the install media?
