[syslog-ng] Apply to GSoC

Hello!

My name is András Mamenyák and I am currently studying Computer
Science Engineering at the University of Debrecen. I heard about the GSoC
program from my teacher and after checking out the project ideas, one of
them caught my attention:* syslog-ng configuration editor using Qt*. It
would be really amazing if I could contribute to it!

My favourite programming language is C++ and I already have some reference
works including a Qt application.

I would like to ask about the details of the project, how complex will the
application be? Is it required that the app reads existing configuration
files and displays them? Or anything else specific not mentioned in the
brief description?
