[syslog-ng] sysyemd and syslog-ng

Hi,
On systemd systems:
(optionally) disable existing logging solutions:
systemctl stop rsyslog (or syslogd, nxlog, etc.)
systemctl disable rsyslog
And enable syslog-ng by default:
systemctl enable syslog-ng
systemctl start syslog-ng
