[syslog-ng] Having some compile errors on ubuntu lucid-amd64

[Mike Gracy]

I have that version downloaded. I compiled it without error and installed
the -dev pkg........DOH! I failed to install the actual livevtlog deb.
No more failures.  Thank you for indirectly pointing me to my fix.
