this is my personal project and the repository is hosted by OBS ( build.opensuse.org).

I do not have any influence on build.opensuse.org.

You can mirror the repository, of course but OBS is not only an APT repository: it is also a build service.

AFAIK OBS can be installed(and hosted) by anyone: if you setup a build service, you can also use the Debian source files to build packages inside your build service.
