The rest of the messages are there, because you have a missing @version information at the beginning of the configuration, which was introduced after version 2.1. Firstly i removed the rsyslog and syslog rpm from the machine and then have installed the suggested syslog-ng RPMs, i am getting the warning messages, please could see once and advice.
