libzorpll was probably installed in /usr/local, in which case the
pkg-config files were installed under /usr/local/lib/pkg-config, set
PKG_CONFIG_PATH appropriately, e.g.

PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/usr/local/lib/pkg-config ./configure
