[tproxy] Kernel Panic/System Hang when using TPROXY with 2.6.27 or later

It has been merged in Linus' tree after 2.6.36 was released and it was
already present in 2.6.37-rc1, so 2.6.37 will be the first stable
release with the patch (and IPv6 support in tproxy) included.
