[tproxy] patch for iptables 1.4.1.1

It's integrated in v1.4.3.

I've been using nightly snapshots from:
http://ftp.netfilter.org/pub/iptables/snapshot/

#iptables --version
iptables v1.4.3-rc1

Are you sure that TPROXY has been integrated with Squid 2.7.5? I don't
think it is and I haven't been able to find a suitable patch.
