[tproxy] squid 3.0stable1+tproxy4.1.0+iptables1.4.0

hello
i m getting this after compiling squid with --enable-linux-tproxy4. iptables 1.4.0 is patched and compiled.

kernel 2.6.24.19 is compiled with tproxy support:

loaded modules :
