the tproxy patch adds an additional argument to the ip_nat_setup_info()
call. the modules in the vanilla kernel are updated accordingly but if you
add modules from the patch-o-matic you must update the ip_nat_setup_info()
call yourself.

To do this simply add a 0 as the last argument to all ip_nat_setup_info()
invocations.
