[tproxy] tproxy on 2.6?

  I've created a patch for 2.6.0. It's a preliminary version, it
compiles, but I haven't got time to test it at all. If someone wants to

  It's not binary compatible with the 2.4 version, all applications
using socket options IP_RECVORIGADDRS and IP_ORIGADDRS must be
recompiled. The IP_TPROXY_* numbers are unchanged.
