[syslog-ng] syslog-ng 3.7.x support on armv7 architecture

Hi,
The syslog-ng package is part of many distributions, including their ARM
ports, and should work fine on anything ranging form ARMv6 (maybe earlier,
but that's what I could test) to ARMv8.
