[syslog-ng] GSoC 2015 Python Language Binding

My name is Botond Borsits and I am studying at Budapest University of
Technology and Economics. I heard about the GSoC from my friend, who is a
syslog-ng open source contributor. I am familiar with C and Python, so I
would like to apply to the syslog-ng Python language binding project.
