[syslog-ng] make error in syslog-ng version 3.6.1 with FC20

Hi,
You need libdbi-devel (and other dependencies) on your system to be able to
compile syslog-ng. Or even better, use ready made binaries from
https://copr.fedoraproject.org/coprs/czanik/syslog-ng36/ repository, which
has 3.6.2
