[syslog-ng] syslog-ng newsletter in HTML

Hi,

Once upon a time I got many feedback, that the syslog-ng newsletter
should be plain text, without any HTML. Insider stayed so ever since.
If you would like to read a nice formatted HTML version, it's
available at https://insider.blogs.balabit.com/ The last two
newsletters were published there this morning.
