[syslog-ng] syslog-ng OSE configurator

I see some people found this useful. That's good.
As I already mentioned it's just my personal opinion and I already
explained it, don't take it too close.

Offtopic: why don't you guys use an irc channel? It will be really cool if
you could answer some quick questions there.
