[syslog-ng] syslog-ng 3.3.7 has been released

Debian & Ubuntu packages are available at the usual place[1], with
packages for Ubuntu Raring Ringtail added to the mix, and Natty Narwhal
still included (but this is the last upload for natty, which reached end
of life this month).
