syslog-ng doesnt have different versions for relaying, serving, or 
clienting, its all the same just a different config. You can view the 
documentation available at http://www.balabit.com/support/documentation 
and configure it to do whatever you want.
The only thing that is pre-determined on compile-time is features like 
sql logging. You can view what features were enabled on compile by doing 
`syslog-ng -V`
