[syslog-ng] fsf address, embedded date

This is fairly easy to fix: just update the FSF address in said
files. If noone beats me to it, I'll send a patch tomorrow.

This, I would fix in a different way: make it optional
(--with-compile-date) or something similar. I'll prepare a patch for
this aswell.
