[syslog-ng] Connection failed; error='Connection refused (111)'

hi,

I intalled syslog-ng on server (debian etch) and on a client (ubuntu)
i have this message on the both ???
syslog-ng[2959]: Connection failed; error='Connection refused (111)', time_reopen='10' 

any help?
