[syslog-ng] bugtraq down + cwd bug

Hello,

I've noticed that the bugtraq is down. I've sent an email to
webmaster at balabit.com about this.

Also, recently i've noticed a little bug in syslog-ng.
It seems that syslog-ng doesn't chdir() to / when daemonizing. Without
this, it holds a nopen fd to the dir it is run from.

Without it chdir()'ing to / i can't unmount the filesystem in which i
was when i started syslog-ng.
