[syslog-ng] problems compiling syslog-ng

i downloaded  syslog-ng-1.6.8 from
http://www.balabit.com/downloads/syslog-ng/1.6/src/

theres no libol inside....

anyway i installed libol-0.3.9, and everything went ok, but i keep
getting the same error

if i try ./configure
checking libol version >= 0.3.16... no
configure: error: Required libol version not found, make sure that
your libol version is in the 0.3.x branch
