[syslog-ng] syslog-ng 2.0.0 successful on Mac OS X Tiger

I confirm. I got it working with the 2.0.0 source code.
It was little hard to find all the last dependencies sources, but it¹s now
working like a charm.

I did the trick on :

    - MacBook Pro 17 inches Intel Core Duo MacOS X 10.4.8
    - XServe G4 1GHz MacOS X Server 10.4.8
