[syslog-ng]error when installing libol on HP UX

IIRC there was a bundled non-ANSI compliant cc on HP-UX which is not
really usable for anything but compiling kernel parameter C files into
object code.

syslog-ng 1.6.2 was compiled without problems on HP-UX with HP's
commercial compiler.
