[syslog-ng]fully qualified hostname help

Ugh...no.  Can't it use DNS to resolve?  I had use_dns(yes) set but it
didn't work either.  The number of hosts I'd have to add to /etc/hosts would
be significant as we are relaying from *a bunch* of boxes to a central
collection point.
