[syslog-ng]Almost garbled messages

That's the message priority. Now why it's showing up there is another
matter. I get them when I pipe messages to an external command with
program() destination, but never in file destinations.

I only use the stable branch, though, so maybe someone else can offer
more insight as to *why* it's there.
