[syslog-ng]libol version problems

What can I say, I try too hard.  I figured going with the latest and
greatest would be bestest.

See how syslog-ng 1.4.14 is paired with libol 0.2.23 and syslog-ng
1.5.12 is paired with libol 0.3.1? Stable syslog-ng uses the 0.2.x 
branch and devel syslog-ng uses the 0.3.x branch of libol.
