[syslog-ng] syslog-ng on AIX 4.x

Mick,

I'm not sure what doesn't work for you. I haven't actually tried "kill -HUP 
...", but I use "kill -1 ..." (equivalent to HUP) all the time and the 
syslog-ng daemon refreshes as I would have expected.
