[syslog-ng] syslog-ng 1.1.20 and libol version 0.1.18 released

fixed in version 1.1.21. The problem was that gc deallocated my
configuration structure while I was still using it... tarball and .deb
package available at http://www.balabit.hu/downloads/syslog-ng
