[syslog-ng] syslog-ng 1.1.29

Hi,

I have silently released 1.1.29 of syslog-ng, which contains the previous
patch I posted here against 1.1.28. This contains the single quotation marks
patch, so that you can specify regexps more easily. Tell me if you have
problems.
