I have been trying to figure out why I can't seem to get this option to work? Everything complies ok, but in the syslog-ng.conf file, when I have the spoof_source(yes) option, my syslog messages don't get forwarded on to my destination. But if I remove the spoof_source(yes) option, then they do. I just want to know if anyone has had this option work for them before. Thanks!
