I am attempting to compile syslog-ng-2.0.1 on a RHEL 4 machine. I have compiled and installed eventlog without problems. Where I am confused is glib2. The website says not GTK+. Where can I find the source to glib2? After reading some recent questions, I noticed that there were some issues with glib2-static. If someone can point me in the correct direction, I would appreciate it. Thanks. J.Harrison
I am sorry for crapping this list, but I was able to successfully compile syslog-ng by adding the -enable-dynamic-linking to the ./configure command. Thanks. ________________________________ From: syslog-ng-bounces@lists.balabit.hu [mailto:syslog-ng-bounces@lists.balabit.hu] On Behalf Of Harrison, Jonathan Sent: Wednesday, January 24, 2007 2:03 PM To: syslog-ng@lists.balabit.hu Subject: [syslog-ng] glib2-static I am attempting to compile syslog-ng-2.0.1 on a RHEL 4 machine.
