I've thrown together a FAQ for this list at http://www.campin.net/syslog-ng/faq.html I found the content for it by browsing my syslog-ng maildir. I only covered a couple hundred of the seven hundred or so messages, so I'll likely end up with more content. I'd be interested in feedback - what should stay, what should go, what needs to be corrected. TIA. -- Perl - The only language that looks the same before and after RSA encryption. -Keith Bostic

All I can say is Thank You. May I include a reference to it in the mailing list footer (appended to every message)? -- Bazsi PGP info: KeyID 9AF8D0A9 Fingerprint CD27 CFB0 802C 0944 9CFD 804E C82C 8EB1

Heh, _thank_you_. Almost every entry on that page is from your answers on this list. Go ahead and link to it, it's a reliable server in a datacenter, and the reason I made the page was in the hope that it would be useful. -- Your mantra for today is: Don't let data from the network near a shell. I added it to the list headers (this mail should go out with the url appended), and I also added a news entry on syslog-ng webpage. -- Bazsi PGP info: KeyID 9AF8D0A9 Fingerprint CD27 CFB0 802C 0944 9CFD 804E C82C 8EB1
