I'm going to enable disk buffer but I'd like to place the files on an EBS volume that persists when a server is shutdown. The idea being we'd have a recovery server that would stream out and items left in the buffer. Besides the buffer itself what other files should be on there so that a different instance with the same config file can load the buffer and send the rest of it. You will need the persist file too. (`--persist-file` or `-R`). Afaik, that's all what you need besides the disk queue file.
