Offending line: ... ExecStartPre=/bin/systemctl stop systemd-kmsg-syslogd.service ... Possible solutions: 1) remove the ExecStartPre line 2) prefix the command with a dash to avoid error checking Affected syslog-ng branches: branches >= 3.3 Fedora >= 17 current status: We have eliminated the offending line from the Fedora' syslog-ng.service file.
