Well Syslog-ng can be compiled with SSL support using the openssl library in which case it supports at least TLS 1.1, maybe TLS 1.2 too but I'm not certain. Cipher suites can be configured using cipher-suite option within the TLS configuration block. We support all the algorithms that openssl supports.
