Hi, stats are simple counters, so if you need to track EPS and similar things, you'll need to poll it in regular intervals, and this the statistics period is the one you are polling it with. Numbers are generally always incremented and use 64 bit counters, so you have pretty long time to poll them between overflows. Some of the numbers are absolute values (e.g. the number of messages queued for sending), these are a snapshot.
