Hi, My unofficial syslog-ng packages for openSUSE & SLES are now available. I changed tons of things in packaging (got rid of SLES 11 / sysvinit support) and thus simplified it greatly. It works perfectly for me, but that's a single environment, so any feedback is greatly appreciated. syslog-ng now compiles and works fine on openSUSE Leap, Tumbleweed and SLES 12. Note that as the bundled amqp and mongodb libraries do not compile with openssl 1.1, these features are disabled for Tumbleweed (and will be disabled also for SLES/Leap 15). I started to work on SLES 15 support, but due to some dependency problems that's not yet available.
