Hi, syslog-ng seems to drop log-messages (syslog-ng[16854]: STATS: dropped 59). How can I avoid this, besides from using syslog-ng and TCP on all hosts? try increasing the log_fifo_size for your destinations. This number is the number of dropped syslog messages _within_ syslog-ng, and changing your transport methods to TCP would'nt change that. -- Bazsi PGP info: KeyID 9AF8D0A9 Fingerprint CD27 CFB0 802C 0944 9CFD 804E C82C 8EB1

After I upgraded from 1.5.9 to 1.5.13, it no longer here think it's dropping any messages. -j
