[syslog-ng] HPUX binary core dump

How can I figure out why syslog-ng is core dumping ? I have HPUX 11i 11.11 and I downloaded the 11.11 depot and it just says Memory Fault and renders a core dump. I had to load FLEX as a prereq. Thanks
