[syslog-ng] ULP - Universal Logging Protocol

I'm not terribly familiar with ULP, just recently having heard of it. Though I was wondering if Syslog-NG plans, or currently is, implementing this protocol? Any links or information regarding this would be helpful. Thanks, Ken
