[syslog-ng] License check failure

Hi, I really want to keep the license policy, but I don't know, and can't find any description, what if I just moved files to one directory to another directory without any modifications? For example I just moved the logmsg.c from lib to lib/logmsg directory, and the license check fails in travis. What should I do in this case? BR, Viktor Juhász
