[syslog-ng] feature request: owner/group/mode parameters for pipe sources

Can we get the owner, group, and mode paramters for pipe sources? Docs say that syslog-ng will create the pipe starting from 3.0, but we cant cant control the permissions on it. Thanks -Patrick
