[syslog-ng] How to capture time zone in syslog Ng

Hi Team We are capturing unix events from native syslog client on sylogng server and it’s legacy version which is 3.0.4. How do we capture the actual time zone information of the syslog messages in syslog Ng server sent by native syslog clients ? Regards Sathish
