1.4.11 was released after 1.5.3 that's why it needs libol 0.2.21.

1.4.11 fixed the SIGHUP bug and 1.5.3 still contains it. I'm currently working (in this minute) on packaging 1.5.5 and releasing it, that'll require 0.2.21 as well.
