I want to know what influence occurs when syslogd service and syslog-ng service start in one node. Could anyone tell me?

Basically it depends on your syslog-ng configuration. If you omit /proc/kmsg and /dev/log from your config then syslog-ng and syslogd/klogd can co-operate. However as syslog-ng is superior to syslogd, I would like to recommend using it exclusively.
