[syslog-ng] GSOC16. Interested in Automated release generation for syslog-ng

Hi, I am Yilin Li, a second-year postgraduate student at ISCAS(Institute of Software Chinese Academy of Sciences). I'm very familar with python and I have developed a lot project with it.
