[syslog-ng] syslog-ng under HP-UX 10.20

Hello snort-users ! I tried to compile syslog-ng-1.4.2 under HP-UX 10.20 (using gcc 2.8). During the linker process, I realized that there is no snprintf (and vsnprintf) function in the libc.
