RE: [syslog-ng]Use template() for Program()

the template() function applies to file destination too in syslog-ng 1.6. ( and if i'm not wrong it applies to all destination now even udp() and tcp() )

I cannot remember when syslog-ng starts to apply template function to file but there is a patch for 1.5.20.
